If a drink you want is out of stock, head to our range to find where you can get them in-store. Or you can contact us here and we'll let you know when you can expect more stock.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us. Please note that there's no guarantee that we can change your delivery address or product selection, once your order has been placed, however we will try to accommodate all requests.

Can I return unwanted products bought from other retailers or re-sellers to Nexba?

Unfortunately not. If you have any need to return any products purchased from a 3rd party retailer please liaise with them directly. How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE over £29.99, and this will be applied to your cart automatically during checkout. Otherwise, standard shipping is £3.00.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from us to let you know your order has been picked, packed and is on the way. If you haven’t received these make sure you check your junk mailbox or contact us.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once you place your order, it will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. We’ll send you a tracking link once your order has been shipped to let you know when it's meant to arrive.
