  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 2 shots Aperol
  • 100g cold pressed blood orange juice
  • 150g Nexba Lemon Soft Drink
  • Orange wedges and thyme, to garnish

  1. Divide ice cubes between glasses.
  2. Combine Aperol and blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  3. Pour over ice and top up with Nexba Lemon Soft Drink
  4. Garnish with orange wedges and thyme.
