- 1 handful ice cubes
- 2 shots Aperol
- 100g cold pressed blood orange juice
- 150g Nexba Lemon Soft Drink
- Orange wedges and thyme, to garnish

- Divide ice cubes between glasses.
- Combine Aperol and blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Pour over ice and top up with Nexba Lemon Soft Drink
- Garnish with orange wedges and thyme.
