- 1 handful ice cubes
- 2 shots white rum (or skip for mocktail)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 small red chilli, sliced and de-seeded
- Nexba Mango Kombucha
- Mint leaves, additional chilli slices, lime wheels and sliced mango to garnish

- Spread ice across two glasses.
- Mix white rum, fresh lime juice, chilli and Nexba Mango Kombucha in a cocktail shaker and shake like you mean it.
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves, additional chilli slices, lime wheels, sliced mango and sparklers.
