Sear the peaches on a lightly oiled griddle pan until lightly browned – about 2-3 minutes each side
On your plate, dress the rocket in the pesto and pop the burrata in the centre
Lay the peaches around the burrata and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle some salt and chopped basil to desired taste
We recommend pairing this salad with our wonderfully tropical Mango Kombucha – it’ll complement the peach perfectly!

Like avocado, olive oil is a fabulous source of healthy fats. Don't let the name fool you, healthy fats are essential to our overall functioning. In fact, moderate intake of olive oil has been linked to healthy weight management! Olive oil is also high in antioxidants which have been shown to reduce the risk of illness.
Did you know that the phrase, “you're a real peach” originated from the tradition of gifting a peach to the friend you liked? Who knew. With high amounts of vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre, you can trust this fuzzy fruit to help keep your digestion, weight and immune function in balance.
