Chia seeds
Chia seeds contain tryptophan, an amino acid that triggers the release of serotonin in the brain and promotes good mood & good sleep. Being a source of magnesium, they also promote relaxation and support stress levels!

Our kombuchas are deliciously fizzy and loaded with probiotics which help to keep our gut health in check. Nexba Kombucha contains a unique strain of live probiotics which are specifically crafted to survive the journey from mouth to gut.
Cacao
Raw cacao is a delicious way to add antioxidants, plant iron, magnesium and calcium to your diet. Raw cacao can even help improve your mood, thanks to its tryptophan, tyrosine and phenethylamine content and its interaction with mood-enhancing neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and endorphins.
