How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed.
Will my drinks arrive chilled?
All our drinks will arrive at ambient (room) temperature. Don’t worry if you’re ordering any of our probiotic drinks – as they are just as good for your gut chilled and ambient. We use a unique form of probiotic which can survive both in and out of the fridge – read more about it here.
What’s your returns policy?
We hope you’ll never be dissatisfied with any of our products but in the rare case you are Nexba will refund any unopened items if it is within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).
Once the refund is initiated, payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

How long will it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Please ensure you have alerted us of the return to ensure you are within the 14 days return policy and eligible to receive a full refund. You can reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return.
